With the aim of creating awareness regarding the department's efforts towards Tiger Conservation with the help of Public Participation and its importance; a unique "Bagh Banao Bagh Bachao" campaign was started by MPTFS. The campaign was strategically executed with careful planning so as the unveiling of final artwork coincides with the "International Tiger Day" on 29th July 2019.
In this campaign a 26 ft wide by 36 ft height huge Tiger Artwork was created and divided into 96 different pieces. These pieces were then distributed among various cities/towns which were then coloured with the help of more than 50,000 people thereby ensuring public participation and spreading the message of conservation. The gorgeous artwork was unveiled on 29th July 2019 and is displayed at International Airport, Indore.
